Lema International was founded in 1968 initially .providing a personal shipping and forwarding service to Iceland, which benefited importers in that country.

Within a few years Lema was specialising in the Malta and Cyprus trades operating weekly trailer/container groupage services to Malta and Cyprus. Also specialising in the shipping of heavy plant and machinery to worldwide destinations.

Lema have since become a well established and respected Freight Forwarder throughout the shipping industry trading as full members of B.I.F.A.

Our staff are fully conversant with all aspects of shipping/airfreight, including Bills of Lading, Customs formalities, Letters of Credit, Consular and Chamber of Commerce legalisation, Insurance, packaging and export, customs clearance throughout the U.K.
